The singer was born on November 26 1996 in Santa Monica California in the United States of America. Her father Vincenzo Barba is the mother of Valerie Barba. She and her family moved from New Jersey's Point Pleasant to Jersey at the age of six. Red Bank Catholic High School was where she got her formal education at the time in New Jersey. Her education continued at Catholic University where she earned an undergraduate degree in architecture. Also she started playing the violin around the age of four and was known as the Violin Girl. As a result of her music shows, she gained the title as Violin Girl. She was a violin teacher to children in the neighbourhood. In the year 19 she entered her sixth American Idol season and performed the single Free, 1976. She was however eliminated from the competition after she reached 16th place. The singer has performed on several tracks such as 2009's "The Christmas song as well as 2010's Out for Blood. In addition, she appeared in a variety of TV shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba became famous as an American during her time in American Idol's sixth season. Following her elimination from the top 16 of American Idol, the singer began acting on screen. She's played in small parts in films, and appeared on Fear Factor in the Season 2012.
