Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd began her journey into combat sports around the teenager age. Aspen Ladd was trained in kickboxing, BJJ, boxing, and wrestling prior to her amateur debut at WCFC when she was 18. Ladd was able to continue building upon her victory in Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won 3 consecutive bouts. She knocked out all her opponents in the first round. Then, she returned to WCFC where she defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen was already beaten by Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking against Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia beat Aspen and defeated her by the unanimous decision, which put an ominous mark on her amateur record. Ladd recovered from the defeat, beating Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to make her record 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. Invicta Fc 11 was her first fight. She dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won the bout in the first round via TKO. Invicta Fc16 was Aspen's debut fight as a bantamweight. She beat Amanda Cooper with an armbar submission in the second round. Her superior wrestling abilities defeated McGill her first time, and she was able finish her in the third round through TKO (elbows and strikes). Aspen took on Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18, at weight catchweight (138.1lb) As Ladd was unable to reach her weight. Despite this, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. She won via TKO in the second-round. Invicta FC 21, she took her victory in the final bout of the promotion via a unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night 118 with Lina Lansberg. Aspen Ladd defeated Lina with a ground and pound victory in the 2nd Round. In her next fight, she was able to defeat Tonya Evinger in a way that was even more spectacular. Ladd beat Evinger with a punch during the first round and received a performance of the Night bonus. Her debut fight was in her next fight at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos vs. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in the Invicta FC rematch. Ladd's victory was a unanimous victory, and her Fight of the Night award was awarded to each fighter. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie ended Ladd within 16 seconds, breaking her losing streak. The third time she fought on UFC at ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. She fought Norma Dumont as a substitute for her fight last time with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. She was defeated by a unanimous decision.
