Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell is an American actor from the United States. Born on 27 March 1970, she is 5'9 inches tall. Her most well-known role is as her character Dr. Juliet Burke in ABC's Lost television show as well as FBI agent Erica Evans in V. Gia. The Escape Clause. Mitchell is currently a co-star on Eric Kripke's television series Revolution that airs on NBC. The stepfather of Mitchell Joseph Day Mitchell and mother Josephine Marian Mitchell (nee Jenkins) are lawyers based in Dallas. Her most prominent role is her role as Emily Prentiss, Special Agent on CBS's crime drama Criminal Minds. Her part in Criminal Minds was reduced to only half during the sixth season as per reports dating back to June of 2010. The character of Brewster was removed from the show in March 2011. left the series but may come back in the future.
